    Episode 1 features "A Better Life (The Weatherman Knows)" by the Idle Race. Jeff Lynne, the singer and frontman, would later go on to form ELO. Or, as some of you know them, that band that did the song from Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

    COMPLEX

    Complex - The Way We Feel



    Polyester Dreams' theme features "If You Are My Love" by Complex off their 1971 album The Way We Feel. Complex is an organ-heavy band from 1971 that thinks it's from 1966. Out of print but you can still buy copies here and there.
